1) GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST –
Grilled Chicken breast is not only a good source of protein but also a great source of good carbs that are required by our body which will not only keep our stomach full but will also provide us energy. To make this recipe we will need
-100gm chicken breast, spices, salt, olive oil, First clean the chicken breast and then pour it in a pan and add all the spices of choice and olive oil and salt after that mix it well and add it to air fryer for 22 min at 185 degrees and your tasty grilled chicken breast is ready.

2) BOILED EGG WHITE-
It is a very simple recipe for this you only need 3 ingredients – Eggs, water , salt and pepper . Eggs whites are the most easily available source of protein. Egg whites are high in protein that will keep our stomach fuller and will help us to build lean muscle mass. Each egg white contain nearly 4gm of protein.
To make boiled egg whites we need to add whole egg to boiling water and leave them for about 7-8 minutes and after boiling leave them for 2 min in hot water . After that peel of the shell and cut the egg in half, remove the yolk with a help of a knife, add spices and salt according to taste and your boiled egg white is ready.

3) YOGURT AND FRUIT SALAD –
Fruit salad is the easiest recipe anyone can make . It will not only help in losing weight but will also help us to complete our daily nutrition requirement because fruits are an excellent source of vitamins and fiber so to make fruit salad you will need to cut all the fruits you like and mix them together in a bowl and add yogurt and honey to add some carbs and your delicious bowl is ready. 4) ALMOND AND OATS –
Almond and oats is my personal favorite meal that I eat in my daily diet. It can be prepared so easily and will help in our weight loss . It is a quick and tasty recipe that takes only 5 min . Take 1 spoon of diced almonds and a cup of rolled oats and add milk and honey . After that leave your oats in microwave for 5 min and then leave them in freezer for 15-20 mins . Once it freezes take your oats out and enjoy your healthy bowl full of fiber and protein. You can also add banana and peanut butter to make it even tastier and fuller.

5) COTTAGE CHEESE SANDWICH –
Cottage cheese is one of the best food you can add in you diet to reduce your body weight. Not only it is tasty but also has high nutritional value and is an excellent source of protein as well as calcium. It will help you to reduce your hunger fill your cravings and complete your protein intake. It only takes 10-15 min to prepare this meal . You will need cottage cheese ,spices, salt onion and cucumber. Firstly scramble cheese and add salt and spices as well as diced onion and cucumber and then apply this mixture on top of your gluten free bread and cover it with another bread . And your guilt free sandwich is ready .
